Here are the levels of training that we have at my club.
- Beginners
- Development
- Â Country
- Junior state
- Senior state
- Nationals
Me and my friend Rowan are in country (which is a lot harder than you probably think). My other friend Mitch is in Junior state. I should also point out that you need to progress a lot to go up a squad. I’m not to sure what you do if you get to good for nationals…probably just hire a private coach or something.

Hey Doug
That’s a kind of weird looking voki over there, why did you give him blue skin? Anyway I just read your most recent post and I lernt a whole lot! All that stuff is a too complicated for me… I know who Rowan is but I also know at least 4 Mitches… so I’d guess Mitch N, am I right?
See ya later

OK pat. My favourite stroke is backstroke then freestyle then butterfly and breastroke doesn’t even come into last place because I hate it more than hate itself. And the drill I hate the most is one where your doing freestyle but you can’t lift your hand out of the water, it’s soooo hard.
