Hooray! It’s finally made! my new address is www.hordoubps2.globalstudent.org. Except this time it’s on BIKES (sorry swimming fans I changed my mind) If your still checking this and haven’t realized yet I’m not writing any more(excluding this one) So there won’t be anymore updates, BUT… this year(2008) I might be starting a new blog (I emphasize the might). It’ll probably on swimming again but we’ll just have to see. P.S. By the way thanks to all the people who visited my blog in 07 Here is another blog that is also about swimming www.smst.globalstudent.org.au (It’s also about motor sports and technology) It’s my friend’s blog (remember Rowan? The one who trains with me. Well he also goes to my school). You should look at it some time. This may seem a bit exagerrated for people who don’t swim alot but I just got 10 pb’s for this season which means I get a bronze medal from my club This probably doesn’t matter to anyone but when I train I do it for an hour and fifteen minutes or an hour and half. And trust me, when you train as hard as I do that fifteen minutes is a lot of difference. Ok, I know I’ve been avoiding this topic but only because I’m not perfect and they might seem bad but anyway.
So there you go, those are my times. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! Here are the levels of training that we have at my club.
Me and my friend Rowan are in country (which is a lot harder than you probably think). My other friend Mitch is in Junior state. I should also point out that you need to progress a lot to go up a squad. I’m not to sure what you do if you get to good for nationals…probably just hire a private coach or something. Here is a link to my swimming club I think it’s really good but I’ll let you make up your own mind. I hope you get some info about swimming on theirs as well as mine. For people who come to this site and don’t know a lot about swimming here are some slang words usually used in swimming (mostly for training)
Those are just a few of the slang we swimmers use so hopefully you’ll pick up some others by experience. |
